For days I've been thinking where is the best place to go during the school holiday. I suggested to hubby that we go to Kundasang and stay one night at Kinabalu Pine Resorts. The kids have been begging me the entire week to bake a cake. So yesterday, I decided to make cheesecake for them. I got the recipe from my SIL (she made one with raspberry - original recipe).
